1. Seller

These terms of sale govern all purchases made on the Arlo & Bone online store, operated by Evan Vaque, sole proprietor (micro-entreprise), 8 rue Frédéric Mistral, 30290 Saint-Victor-la-Coste, France, contact@arloandbone.com, SIREN 492 374 558.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration purposes; minor differences in color or appearance may occur. Supplements are intended to complement a balanced diet and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time; the price applied is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. You receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability; you are then fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is made securely at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other methods displayed. We never have access to your full card details.

6. Shipping

Shipping conditions and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

Products benefit from any warranties provided by applicable law. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us for a replacement or refund.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. Always supervise your pet when using a new product.
