How to request a return

Email contact@arloandbone.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and complete, within 14 days of your request. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as your original order. We may wait until we receive the returned item before issuing the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Bundles

Items purchased in a bundle can be returned individually; the refund is calculated proportionally to the bundle price.
